Culture Link CIC, in partnership with the Link Performing Arts Society, is building a 84,000 sq ft creative hub in the former WTCC building. Stay tuned for updates as we prepare to open in Fall 2021.

We’re issuing a Request for Expressions of interest (REOI) from non-profit cultural organizations, for-profit organizations in the creative industries, performing arts organizations, music promoters, event planners and creative entrepreneurs.
